Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday. If there's any delay with your order, we'll let you know.
Our shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order. Here's how it works:
Standard items: $7.00 flat rate
- Individual spice pouches
- Spice jars
- Accessories (like serving bowls, tealight holders, etc.)
- Mix as many of these as you like for one $7 shipping fee
Gift sets: $7.00 per order containing gift sets
- All gift set purchases (8-Pack Meat Feast, 4-Pack sets, etc.)
Indian Spice Box (Masala Dabba): $10.00
- Due to the larger size and weight of the spice tin
If your order includes items from different categories, shipping costs will add up. This is because larger, heavier orders require additional packaging and cost more to ship with our couriers. Jars especially weigh significantly more and are fragile, requiring extra protective packaging. We keep our shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring your spices arrive safely!
Expected delivery times are as follows:
- Capital cities: 2-6 business days
- Regional areas: 5-8 business days
All orders are dispatched from our location in Brisbane, QLD. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
Returns & refunds
We're confident you'll love our products. We carefully select and pack every order to ensure you receive the freshest, highest-quality Indian spices. However, if something's not right, we're here to help.
You have 21 days from your delivery date to request a return or refund if you're not completely satisfied.
To be eligible for a refund, spice products must be:
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products. This policy helps us maintain the quality and freshness of spices for all our customers and complies with health and safety requirements.
If you'd like to return a product, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Brief reason for the return
We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
Damaged or defective products
We pack every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
What we need from you:
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Your order number
- Brief description of the issue
We'll assess the situation and discuss what your preferred option is - a replacement or a full refund.
Received the wrong order?
Occasionally we might make mistakes! If you received the wrong items, we sincerely apologise.

We'll assess the situation, and depending on the outcome, we'll get the correct products sent to you as quickly as possible.

While we cannot offer refunds on opened products due to food safety regulations, we're here to help and will work with you to find a solution. We take quality seriously and want to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
