To be honest, I haven't used them yet. I bought them to have at our holiday house as I am sick of getting there, wanting to cook and not having good spices. Going there this weekend and looking forward to cooking some nice Indian food with these spices. So well packaged and smell fabulous. Service was perfect. Will be a regular customer. I have a favourite Goan Curry recipe ( Christine Manfield) which calls for Kashmiri chilli’s. I have never been able to find these chilli’s or the powder so have always made a substitute. Finally, I found the Kashmiri chilli powder here and made the curry with the real thing and it was sensational!! I will never need to substitute again. Thank you for having the Kashmiri chilli powder available and correcting my order as I wrongly ordered Garam Masala instead! Greatly appreciated your service and understanding. Kristen
