This Kashmiri Chilli has lifted butter chicken to an authentic experience. The colour is vibrant, the flavour lifted and the texture becomes much smoother then European Paprika.

This was delicious, because I am on a Low FODMAP diet and can’t have Garlic or Onion, this spice gives me the flavour of garlic and onion without the problems of eating it.

These are True Indian Bay leaves. I have always made my own masala when making an Indian styled curry. Now they are perfect. Highly recommend.

Finally true kashmiri chilli powder! Ive been searching for one for years and always been disappointed by the “brand” ones. The garam masala smells devine and adds an omph to my curries and the turmeric is so vibrant too ! 2nd time ordering wont be my last ❤️

Very happy with the Kashmiri Chilli Powder. It's the first time I've used it and it adds that distinctive colour and flavour I've been chasing in my recipes.

Made our first curry with this last night and it was delicious. It had that restaurant quality taste - in fact better than a lot of restaurants! We based the recipe off the from scratch version given on this site as there are no exact amounts given for how to use this spice. We're impressed and will definitely purchase again when we run out. It would be useful to have instructions on amounts per kilo etc given on the packet or this site, as the recipe underneath doesn't include those details. Looking forward to making it again.
