What fresh ingredients do I need?

You'll need chicken drumsticks or thigh cutlets, plain yoghurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, ghee or butter, and salt. The full list is on the recipe card included in the kit.

Does the kit come with a recipe?

Yes. Every kit includes a printed recipe card with the full method, including instructions for cooking in the oven, on the BBQ, or in an air fryer.

Do I need a tandoor oven?

No. The recipe works in a regular oven, on the BBQ, or in an air fryer. The recipe card covers all three methods with cooking times for each.

Can I use these spices for other dishes?

Yes. Kashmiri chilli works well in butter chicken and tikka masala. Turmeric goes into a wide range of Indian dishes. Both are available individually if you want to restock.
