What fresh ingredients do I need?
You'll need chicken, Greek yoghurt, garlic ginger paste, onions, tomatoes, thick cream, ghee or butter, lime juice, and fresh coriander to serve. The full list is on the recipe card included in the kit.
Can I use these spices for other dishes?
Yes. Kashmiri chilli works well in butter chicken and tandoori. Kasoori methi is great in any creamy curry. Turmeric and jeera go into a wide range of Indian dishes. Each spice is also available individually if you want to restock.
