What's the difference between the jar kit and the pouch kit?
Same spices, same quantities, same recipe card. The jar kit comes in glass jars which are resealable and reusable, handy if you want to refill them from our individual spice range later. The pouch kit uses resealable pouches.
What fresh ingredients do I need to cook butter chicken?
You'll need boneless chicken, yoghurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, one onion, canned tomatoes, heavy cream, ghee or butter, honey or sugar, and fresh coriander. The full list is on the recipe card included in the kit.
