I have a favourite Goan Curry recipe ( Christine Manfield) which calls for Kashmiri chilli’s. I have never been able to find these chilli’s or the powder so have always made a substitute. Finally, I found the Kashmiri chilli powder here and made the curry with the real thing and it was sensational!! I will never need to substitute again.
