What are pre-mixed spice blends?

How long do pre-mixed spice blends stay fresh?

Our spice blends remain fresh for 12-18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always seal the package tightly after use to maintain maximum flavour and potency.

Can I use these blends for non-Indian cuisines?

Absolutely! While designed for Indian cooking, our spice blends can enhance various cuisines. Garam Masala, for example, works wonderfully in roasted vegetables, marinades, and even some baking recipes.

Can vegetarians use these spice blends?

Yes! While some blends have suggestions for meat dishes, they're completely vegetarian-friendly. Our Biryani and Garam Masala blends work perfectly with vegetables, tofu, and plant-based proteins.

A little goes a long way!

I have trouble consuming garlic and onion, as t doesn't agree with me. I read a review saying the same thing, This is fabulous to add to dishes if you have reflux. Now I can give my dishes a bit of a boost, so my husband can also enjoy them.

My new favourite tea!

I recently went to India and where I stayed Masala Chai tea was available all day. It became my new favourite winter drink. Rather than use fresh herbs and spices I prefer the dried version. Yours is awesome!

This would have to be the best garam masala
